How to Cure Dandruff with the Ayurvedic Approach?

  1. Lemon with coconut oil

  • Fenugreek seeds

You can soak some fenugreek seeds overnight, and in the morning make a paste of the seeds and apply the same on your hair and scalp.   • Mint leaves with apple cider vinegar

You have to boil a cup of apple cider vinegar and add some mint leaves into it. You have to cool the thing and then apply it on your hair. You have to massage this gently on your scalp, and then rinse it with water after it dries off.

  • Amla paste

Amla can make a good paste that fights against dandruff. You can mix it with tulsi leaves and water, then apply on your head. You have to keep it for 30 to 40 minutes and then you have to wash it off.
